Can I return my order?
At Boutique Limparfaite, customer satisfaction is important. However, we do not accept returns except in the case of products damaged upon receipt .
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@boutiquelimparfaite.com . Please attach clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the situation and offer you a suitable solution.
No returns will be accepted without prior contact with our customer service.

How does delivery work?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days . Once shipped, deliveries are made within an estimated 24 to 48 business hours .

How long does my lip gloss stay good after opening?
